Jean Michel Lapin becomes the new PM of Haiti’s

14-15th April 2019. The President of Haiti's Jovenel Moise announced that Jean Michel Lapin becomes the new Prime Minister of Haiti's.
Mr. Lapin succeeds Prime Minister Jean-Henry Ceant.
Haiti is the poorest country in the Americas, with 60% of the population living below the poverty line.
Haiti is a country located on the island of Hispaniola, east of Cuba in the Greater Antilles archipelago of the Caribbean Sea.
