- South Korea lifted the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup (Hockey Tournament) title, defeating India in a shootout 4-2.
- For 3rd Position, Hosts Malaysia defeated Canada 4-2 and secured the 3rd place.
- Asian Games Gold medalist Japan stood at 5th place, defeating Poland 6-1.
About Sultan Azlan Shah Cup:-
The Sultan Azlan Shah Cup is an annual international men's field hockey tournament held in Malaysia. The tournament became an annual event after 1998. The tournament is named after the ninth Yang di-Pertuan Agong (King) of Malaysia, Sultan Azlan Shah.
