BSE Sensex Slips 218 Points and Nifty Falls 76

Benchmark domestic stocks today extended previous session losses amid almost negative global share markets.
Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange lost 0.6% or 218 points to 36,324.
The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange also fell 0.69% or 76 points to 10,978.
In secondary indices at BSE, Mid Cap plunged 2.19% and Small Cap index declined 1.97%.
