- Shri J P Nadda, Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare in the presence of Shri Sarbananda Sonowal, Chief Minister of Assam, inaugurated the 5th National Summit on “Good & Replicable Practices & Innovations in Public Health Care Systems in India” at Kaziranga, Assam.
- The objective of the summit is to share and learn the good practices being implemented by several states and organizations for the betterment of the health sector.
- Shri J P Nadda and the Chief Minister of Assam also released a Coffee Table Book on Good Practices, Evidence to Action: Towards Universal Health Coverage.
