S.K. Mishra appointed as new Enforcement Directorate chief

The government has appointed Indian Revenue Service officer Sanjay Kumar Mishra as Enforcement Directorate chief.
In an official order, 1984 batch officer Mr. Mishra has been appointed as a principal special director in the Enforcement Directorate and has been given additional charge of the post of Director for a period of three months or till the appointment of a regular incumbent.
Sanjay Kumar Mishra replaces current ED Director Karnal Singh whose tenure ended on 25-10-2018.
