Sahle-Work Zewde; Ethiopia's First Female President

Sahle-Work Zewde (68-years-old) is an Ethiopian, and the first female to becomes 4th president of Ethiopia.
She was born on 21 February 1950 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Sahle-Work will replace Mulatu Teshome who resigned in unclear circumstances.
She was elected president unanimously by members of the Federal Parliamentary Assembly on 25 October 2018.
Previously, she was serving as Special Representative of UN Secretary-General and Head of the UN Office to the African Union at the level of Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations.
