- In view of deteriorating air quality of Delhi, Union Environment Minister Harsh Vardhan launches Air Quality Emergency Early Warning System in New Delhi on Monday.
- He also launched an associated website for the same.
- Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that the system will help combat air pollution in the National Capital by getting information 2-5 days in advance.
- The minister also said that Central Pollution Control Board has constituted a 41 member-team which will continuously monitor the air pollution levels and report to the board.
