Gautam Singhania resigns as Chairman of Raymond Apparel

Today, Gautam Singhania resigns as Chairman of Raymond Apparel, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raymond.
Now, Nirvik Singh appointed as the Non-Executive Chairman of Raymond Apparel.
Anshu Sarin has also joined the board of Raymond Apparel as a Non-Executive Director, and Gautam Trivedi has joined the board as an independent director.
