Exim Bank Extends a $ 500 Million Loan Facility for a Group of 15 States in Africa


Export-import bank, Exim Bank announced that it would provide the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) with a credit line worth $ 500 million. The USA to finance various development projects in West and South Africa. According to the Bank, with the signing of a loan agreement (LoC), the Bank has so far provided four LoCs to the Investment and Development Bank (EBID) of the West African States, resulting in a total value of LOC of $ 1,000 million, a LoC of $ 500 million an umbrella limit for financing development projects in 15 countries.
