Equitas Small Finance Bank launched a new "Yellow Army Savings Account" to increase its customer base due to its association with Chennai Super Kings (CSK), the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise. The savings account of the yellow army will offer an interest rate of 6% per annum for a balance below 10 rupees and 6.5% per annum for a balance of Rs 10. The average requirement for a quarterly balance sheet is Rs 10,000 per account.
