The United States gave a big blow to Pakistan's shelter of terrorism, hoping to join the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG). The administration of Donald Trump has put seven Pakistani companies related to nuclear trade on the list of threats to national security. This weakened the demand of the Pakistani group of nuclear suppliers (NSG).
This move by the US has caused a shock to the Chinese effort by Pakistan's friends, under which it has been opposing Pakistan's membership of NSG and membership of India. It is also expected that there will be a change in China's stand on the claim of India's membership in the NSG. This will make it easier for India to join NSG.
