In order to promote India's space programs, the Central Government has given the financial sanction of Rs 10,911 crore for the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). This amount will be used to launch 30 PSLV and 10 GSLV MK-3 rockets in the next four years.
Union Minister Jitendra Singh said, "Cabinet has been approved Rs 4,338 crore for 10 Launching of ISRO's most heavy rocket GSLV MK-3. With this help, we will be able to launch more than four tonnes of heavy satellites. This will be a major step in space technology and after this, we will not have to depend on foreign spaceports to launch weights satellites.
GSLV MK-3 program has been implemented and developed within the last three years of Modi Government. It is connected to the Make in India program and is completely Indian Mission. Under this GSLV program, ISRO will not only be able to launch mini satellites abroad but also launch their 4-ton weight satellite.
