PM Modi Visit Mumbai to Attends 56th IIT Bombay Convocation


1. The Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, addressed the 56th Convocation of Indian Institute of Technology Bombay in Mumbai today.
Addressing the graduating students, the Prime Minister said that the success of the IITs inspired the creation of several engineering colleges around the country, which led to India becoming one of the world’s largest pools of technical manpower. He said that it is a large number of IIT students who built the IT sector in India brick by brick, or rather, click by click.

2. The union minister of defense Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman and CM of Uttar Pradesh Shri. Yogi Adityanath launched a 'Defence Industrial Corridor' in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. This corridor has six nodal points:- Agra, Aligarh, Lucknow, Kanpur, Chitrakoot, and Jhansi.

3. Mr. Rajendra Menon Appoints as a new Chief Justice of Delhi High Court, under the supervision of Lt. Governer Anil Baijal and this oath ceremony held at Raj Niwas, New Delhi. In the past, Mr. Menon is the Chief Justice of Patna High Court.
