For Regular Posts:-
Qualification: MBA with specialization in HR/ PGDM with specialization in HR
Experience:
MMGS-III: Minimum 7 years
SMGS-IV: Minimum 10 years
Experience in the recruitment process for both grades

Selection Procedure:
Selection will be based on shortlisting and Personal Interview.1. Interview: Mere fulfilling mini qualification and experience will not vest any right in candidates for being called for interview. The decision of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final.
2. Merit list: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in an interview only,
For regular positions (SMGS-IV / MMGS-III / MMGS-II)- Candidates will be selected as SMGS-IV / MMGS-III / MMGS-II as per their total relevant work experience.
