Qualification
Officers of the Electrical Engineering Department Holding Substantively;- posts in analogous grade (CDA/IDA)
OR - posts in Level-13(CDA) & having 12-14 years’ service in Group ‘A’
OR - posts carrying grade Rs.36600-62000/- (IDA) for four years.
