1. Army Recruitment Rally will be held for eligible candidates of districts Mumbai City, Mumbai Suburban, Thane, Palghar, Raigad and Nashik with effect from 04 October 2018 to 13 October 2018 at Karnala Sports Academy Ground, Panvel (Raigad). Online registration is mandatory and will be open from 04 Aug 2018 to 18 Sep 2018 (Instructions for same are attached as Appendix A).

2. Admit card for the rally will be sent through registered e-mail from 19 Sep 2018 to 03 Oct 2018. Candidate should reach the venue on a given date and time as mentioned in the Admit Card. Candidates will be screened for following categories and as per Qualitative Requirements mentioned below:-

1. Qualification: SSLC/ Matric with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% marks in each subject. No aggregate percentage required for higher qualification i.e. 10+2 and above.

2. Age Limit: 17½-21 Years

3. Physical Measurement:
a) Height - 168 cm
b) Weight - 50 Kgs
c) Chest - 77 Cms with 5 Cms Expansion (82 Cms)

1. Qualification: 10+2 / Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject.

2. Age Limit: 17½-23 Years

3. Physical Measurement:
a) Height - 167 cm
b) Weight - 50 Kgs
c) Chest - 76 Cms with 5 Cms Expansion (81 Cms)

1. Qualification: 10+2 / Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
OR
Three years Engineering Diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automobile/ Computer Science / Electronics & Instrumentation).

2. Age Limit: 17½-23 Years

c) Chest - 76 Cms with 5 Cms Expansion (81 Cms)

1. Qualification: 10+2 / Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology & English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
OR
In case the candidate has a B.Sc Degree with (Botany/ Zoology/ Bio-Science) and English, the stipulation of %age in Class 12th is waiver off. However, the candidate should be studied al the four specified subjects in Class 12th also.

1. Qualification: 10 + 2 / Intermediate Exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60 % marks in aggregate and minimum 50 % in each subject.

2. Age Limit: 17½-23 Years

3. Physical Measurement:
a) Height - 162 cm
b) Weight - 50 Kgs
c) Chest - 77 Cms with 5 Cms Expansion (82 Cms)

1. Qualification:
- 8th Pass. For House Keeper, Mess Keeper and Syce
- 10th Pass. For Chef, Washerman, Dresser, Steward, Tailor, Artisan (Wood Work), Artisan (Metallurgy), Support Staff (ER), Artisan (Construction) and all other trades 10th simple pass/ ITI qualification in respective trades. Only candidates who have undertaken class X Board Exam would be considered.

b) Weight - 48 Kgs
c) Chest - 76 Cms with 5 Cms Expansion (81 Cms)

Instruction for Registration and Submission of Application - JCOs/ OR Enrolment

1. Candidate should open www.joinindianarmy.nic.in
2. Click on Apply/ Login Line in JCOs/ OR enrolment.
3. The registration page will open up. If registered earlier. Enter username and password to login else click on REGISTRATION button for new registration.
4. An instruction page will open up. Read the instruction and click on CONTINUE button.
5. Fill up the following data for registration as a candidate:-

Personal Details.
Education Details.
Details of E-Mail ID, valid Mobile No and Aadhar.
Suitable password to be selected.

6. Save.
7. A One Time Password (OTP) will be generated and will be sent on e-mail ID of a candidate and his Mobile Number. Enter OTP and click on SUBMIT button.
8. Candidate will be directed to eligibility page. Following data to be checked while checking for its correctness:-

ARO Linking with District and Tehsil/ Taluka.
Height.
Date of Birth i.e. Age.
Marital Status.
Special Category, if any.

9. Click of CHECK ELIGIBILITY button.
10. Check and validate eligible categories as per qualification and click on relevant APPLY button.
11. A webpage with detailed instructions will open up. Click on CONTINUE button.
12. JCO/ OR application form will open up having the following menus:-

13. Click on Personal Information Fill up personal details. Upload photograph and signature. Click on SAVE & CONTINUE button.
14. Click on communication details and fill up permanent and correspondence address. Click on SAVE & CONTINUE button.
15. Click on DETAILS and fill up following data:-

Category.
Sports Level Achieved/ Sports Achievements.
NCC Qualifications.
Special Category, if any.

16. Click on SAVE & CONTINUE button.
17. Click on EDUCATIONAL DETAILS and fill up the data.
18. Click on ADD Button.
19. On clicking ADD button. Updated education details will appear in a table along with SAVE & SUBMIT button.
20. Click on SAVE & SUBMIT button.
21. A page will open with Roll No of a candidate. Candidate to note it down for future reference as it will be used for tracking application.
22. Candidate will obtain their Admit Card from their registered Email ID on or after 19 Sep 2018.
23. Take a printout of Admit Card with details of reporting date and venue.
24. Candidate can also check profile from my profile in dashboard menu.
25. Paste the latest photo on admit card.
26. Report rally location on a scheduled date and time as given on respective admit card.
