Selection Procedure
Selection will be done on the basis of merit list prepared (trade wise) in respect of all the candidates who apply against the notification in respective units. The merit list in each unit will be prepared on %age of marks obtained in matriculation with a minimum of 50% marks.
How To Apply
One candidate can apply for only one unit and trade. The candidates applying for more than one unit will not be entertained.
Self-addressed envelope of 11*5 with postal stamp of Rs.5/- (Fee Exemption for SC/ ST candidates).
A crossed Postal Order in favor of Principal Financial Adviser, N.F. Railway, Maligaon payable to GPO/ Guwahati for Rs.100/- (Fee Exempted for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women candidates) as a processing fee which is not refundable/ transferable under any circumstances. OR The fee can also be paid in the form of Account Payee demand draft drawn from any Nationalized Bank in favor of F.A. & C.A.O., N.F. Railway is payable at SBI/ Maligaon, Branch.
The application filled in all respects can also be dropped in the Box kept in the Welfare Section of the Office of the Divisional Railway Manager (Personnel) of the respective Divisions or Asstt./ Senior Personnel Officer of respective Workshops on all working days i.e. from Monday to Friday between 1000 to 1700 Hrs to be addressed to the specified address of the units mentioned below:-
