B. Educational Qualification For MSCWB Urdu Teacher Recruitment 2020

1. Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education or it's equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education duly approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
   OR
2. Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education or it's equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
   OR
3. Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education or it's equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education).
   OR
4. Graduation and two years Diploma in Elementary Education by whatever name known.
5. In case of recruitment of Teacher (English), a candidate should have English as First Language all along till Higher Secondary or its equivalent or Honours in English or M.A in English.

Note 1:- Any candidate seeking appointment to the post of Primary School Teacher shall have studied and passed in the specific language as the first or the second language in the Higher Secondary level or equivalent for which medium of instruction, the candidate is seeking appointment.

Note 2:- In case of the certificate issued by the authority other than the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education, the said certificate issuing authority should be set up a statutory authority and the said certificate issuing authority should be authorized by the Government of India or by the State Government of the concerned State, as the case may be, for issuing Higher Secondary Level Certificate.

Note 3:- All candidates must have studied and obtained Madhyamik (Secondary) pass certificate or equivalent with Mathematics and English as a subject.

Note 4:- The equivalent of Madhyamik certificate means the said certificate issuing authority should be set up as per Act framed by the Government of India or by the State Government of the concerned State, and the said authority should be authorized by the Government of India or by the State Government of the concerned State, as the case may be for issuing secondary level Certificate.

The candidate must be the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) qualified (State/ Central) only.

C. Age Limit For MSCWB Urdu Teacher Recruitment 2020
Lower and Upper age limit is 18 years and 40 years respectively as on 1st January 2020. Upper Age Relaxation up to 5-years is Admissible Only to SC/ ST. Candidates and up to 3-years to OBC (A&B) Candidates of West Bengal. The upper age limit for recruitment of Physically Challenged persons to State Government Services and Posts shall be 45 years.
