Assistant Executive Engineer (Elec.) - 23 Posts	Should possess/ acquired BE/ B.Tech in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering of a recognized University/ Institution (Recognized by AICTE) or pass in AMIE (INDIA) (Section A & B Electrical) examination.
Assistant Engineer (Elec.) - 106 Posts	Should possess/ acquired BE/ B.Tech in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering of a recognized University/ Institution (Recognized by AICTE) or pass in AMIE (INDIA) (Section A & B Electrical) examination or any equivalent Engineering Degree relevant to Transmission & Distribution utilities.
Assistant Engineer (Civil) - 05 Posts	Should possess/ acquired BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering of a recognized University/ Institution (Recognized by AICTE) or pass in AMIE (INDIA) (section A&B (Civil) examination or an equivalent engineering degree relevant to Transmission & Distribution utilities in Civil Engineering discipline.
Junior Engineer (Elec.) - 51 Posts	Should possess/ acquired Diploma in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering of a Polytechnic of the State of Karnataka.
Junior Engineer (Civil) - 06 Posts	Should possess/ acquired Diploma in Civil Engineering of a Polytechnic of the State of Karnataka.
Junior Personal Assistant - 07 Posts	Should have passed SSLC/ 10th Standard examination from the State of Karnataka. AND (a) Should have passed Senior Grade Typewriting and Senior Grade Shorthand Examinations in Kannada & English conducted by the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board. OR (b) Should have passed Diploma in Secretarial Practice/ Commercial practice with Kannada & English Shorthand and Kannada & English Typewriting as optional (Elective) subjects granted by the Board of Technical Education in Karnataka.

Application Fee

The application fee prescribed for applying for the said posts is as follows:-

1. Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) in respect of candidates belonging to General Category and Category I, IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB.
2. Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only) in respect of candidates belonging to SC/ ST Category.
3. Physically challenged candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

Selection Procedure

1. Recruitment to the posts of Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical), Assistant Engineer (Electrical/ Civil), Junior Engineer (Electrical/ Civil) and Junior Assistant will be made strictly on merit based on the marks secured in the Online Aptitude Test only.
2. An online Aptitude Test of two (2) hours duration will be conducted for 100 marks with multiple choice answers. Each question will carry a One (1) mark. There will be negative marking and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. There will be no marks for unanswered questions.
3. Candidates will have to appear for the Online Aptitude Test in any one of the following preferred centers:-
   - Bengaluru
   - Mysuru
   - Davanagere
   - Mangaluru
   - Hubballi - Dharwad
   - Belagavi
   - Kalaburgi (Gulbarga)
   - Ballari
