Essential Qualification

1. The candidate should have completed the GNM training course from an institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council/ West Bengal Nursing Council.
   OR
   The candidate should have completed B.SC Nursing Course.
2. The candidates must be registered under the West Bengal Nursing Council and must have proficiency in Bengali.

KMC Staff Nurse Selection Procedure
On the basis of marks obtained on basic qualification and interview a panel will be prepared for engagement as per rule.
The scale of scoring - Total 100 marks. (40 marks based on %age of marks obtained the educational qualification and 60 marks based on Interview).

How To Apply
The eligible candidates are requested to appear for Walk-in-Interview and submit their application at the Institute of Urban Management (ALAKAPURI), 36-C, Ballygunge Circular Road, Kolkata - 700019 in the prescribed format. They are also requested to carry a photocopy of the filled-in application format.

• Reporting Time:- 10.30 to 12:00 A.M.
• All candidates have to enroll themselves on the above-mentioned date.

The originals of each of the following documents as mentioned below and their photocopies (Self-Attested) must be brought at the time of Interview:-

1. Photo proof Identity card & proof of Address (Passport/ Voter ID/ Aadhaar).
2. Age Proof of Certificate (Madhyamik or equivalent examination certificate).
3. All mark sheets (including internship wherever applicable) & pass certificates of GNM/ B.Sc Nursing. Madhyamik, H.S and graduation mark sheets other than nursing are not required.
4. Caste Certificate.
