Indian Army Salem Recruitment Rally 2018. Army Open Bharti Rally under the aegis of HQ Recruiting Zone, Chennai will be conducted by ARO Coimbatore from 22nd August to 2nd September 2018 at Mahatma Gandhi Stadium, Salem to enroll eligible candidates into the Army from 11 districts of Tamil Nadu i.e. Coimbatore, Dharmapuri, Dindigul, Erode, Namakkal, The Nilgiris, Tiruppur, Krishnagiri, Madurai, Theni & Salem in

Soldier Technical,
Soldier Technical (Avn & Amn Examiner),
Soldier Nursing Assistant,
Soldier General Duty,
Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical, and
Soldier Tradesman Categories.

Chennai Zone, Indian Army Recruitment Rally 2018

Candidates will have to apply online only, on the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in from 8th July to 6th August 2018. Admit card will be issued online after 10th August 2018. Candidates will bring their admit card, application, and documents mentioned in the admit card at the rally site. Date and time of reporting at rally site will be mentioned on the admit card. Print out of admit card can be taken after 10th August 2018 from www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.

ARO Coimbatore Army Bharti Rally 2018

1. Qualification: SSLC/ Matric with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% marks in each subject. No aggregate percentage required for higher qualification i.e. 10+2 and above.

2. Age Limit: 17½-21 Years

3. Physical Measurement:
a) Height - 166 cm
b) Weight - 50 Kgs
c) Chest - 77 Cms with 5 Cms Expansion

1. Qualification: 10+2 / Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject.

2. Age Limit: 17½-23 Years

3. Physical Measurement:
a) Height - 165 cm
b) Weight - 50 Kgs
c) Chest - 77 Cms with 5 Cms Expansion

1. Qualification: 10+2 / Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
OR
Three years Engineering Diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automobile/ Computer Science / Electronics & Instrumentation).

2. Age Limit: 17½-23 Years

3. Physical Measurement:
a) Height - 165 cm
b) Weight - 50 Kgs
c) Chest - 77 Cms with 5 Cms Expansion

1. Qualification: 10+2 / Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology & English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
OR
In case the candidate has a B.Sc Degree with (Botany/ Zoology/ Bio-Science) and English, the stipulation of %age in Class 12th is waiver off. However, the candidate should be studied al the four specified subjects in Class 12th also.

3. Physical Measurement:
a) Height - 165 cm
b) Weight - 50 Kgs
c) Chest - 77 Cms with 5 Cms Expansion

1. Qualification: 10 + 2 / Intermediate Exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60 % marks in aggregate and minimum 50 % in each subject.

2. Age Limit: 17½-23 Years

3. Physical Measurement:
a) Height - 162 cm
b) Weight - 50 Kgs
c) Chest - 77 Cms with 5 Cms Expansion

1. Qualification:
- 8th Pass. For House Keeper, Mess Keeper and Syce
- 10th Pass. For Chef, Washerman, Dresser, Steward, Tailor, Artisan (Wood Work), Artisan (Metallurgy), Support Staff (ER), Artisan (Construction) and all other trades 10th simple pass/ ITI qualification in respective trades. Only candidates who have undertaken class X Board Exam would be considered.

2. Age Limit: 17½-23 Years

3. Physical Measurement:
a) Height - 166 cm
b) Weight - 48 Kgs
c) Chest - 76 Cms with 5 Cms Expansion

Salem, Tamilnadu Army Bharti Rally 2018 - Physical Fitness Test:-

Indian Army needs online registration for each candidate those who are participating in recruitment rally. The online Registration process is mandatory for all the candidates to apply online for various entries by entering their name, mobile number, and e-mail id at the time of registration process.

Candidates who are below 18 years of age will have to bring their parents consent certificate. The format of Affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper is attached to this notification.
Sportsmen who have represented India at International level and State at the National level within last two years and even if they have not obtained 1st/ 2nd position are eligible for relaxation in physical standards and bonus marks in Common Entrance Examination.
Sportsmen who have represented district at the state level and university team or regional team at district level within last two years and have earned 1st/ 2nd position will be eligible for physical relaxation and bonus marks in Common Entrance Examination
