For the candidates residing in District Lahaul & Spiti, District Kinnaur, Pangi and Bharmour Sub Division of District Chamba and Dodra Kwar Sub Division of District Shimla of Himachal Pradesh, the last date of receipt of application is 30.09.2020 (till 5 PM). - Matric Certificate showing details of marks obtained.
- 10+2/ Diploma/ Degree Certificate in respective discipline/ post applied for
- SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS & Antodaya/ BPL Certificate
- The entire relevant certificate (As applicable) issued by the competent authority as mentioned in part Evaluation Criteria above (photocopies should be attached)
- One passport size recent photograph of the candidate (duly signed by the applicant) pasted on the prescribed box in the application form.
