Educational Qualification:- Candidates should possess requisite minimum educational qualification as on the date of the issue of Notification. Those who are appearing at and/or awaiting results of final examination are not eligible.

1. 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate for Non-Technical Popular Categories
   - 50% of marks are not required for SC/ ST/ Ex-servicemen candidates.
   - 50% marks are not required for candidates possessing higher qualification like Graduation/ Post Graduation.
   OR
2. A pass in Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board AND having ITI certificate for the artisan posts (Tech-III).

Cultural Qualification:- Candidate should possess the requisite Cultural qualification on the date of the issue of notification.
1. Essential

1. Classical dancer (Bharat Natyam/ Odishi/ Kathak):- Possession of degree/ diploma/ certificate in classical Dance (Bharat Natyam/ Odishi/ Kathak) from Government recognized Institute.
2. Dramatist Possession of degree/ diploma/ certificate in Drama from Government recognized Institute.

2. Desirable
Classical dancer (Bharat Natyam/ Odishi/ Kathak), and Dramatist:-

1. Experience in relevant field and performance are given on AIR /Doordarshan etc.
2. Prizes won at the National level.

Fee's Details (non-refundable)
Candidates should submit application fee for an amount mentioned below:

1. Rs.500/- for all others,
2. Rs.250/- for SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen, PWD, Women, Minorities, and Economic Backward Classes (whose family income is less than Rs.50,000/- per year),

The Payment of Fees through Internet Banking/ Debit/ Credit Card etc. (as provided in the Online Application) will only be accepted.

Selection Procedure
The recruitment will be based on the following two stages:-

1. Written Test:- It Consists of 50 objective type questions relating to General Knowledge, Arithmetic and Reasoning. The written test shall be of a duration of 60 minutes
2. Practical Demonstration:- Assessment of talent in the relevant cultural discipline on the basis of Practical Demonstration to be adjudged by a duly constituted committee (35 Marks).
3. Testimonials/ Prizes:- Assessment of talent in the relevant cultural discipline on the basis of Practical Demonstration to be adjudged by a duly constituted committee (15 Marks).

How To Apply:- Before filling of an online application, candidates are advised to keep the scanned copy of the following documents ready with them:
1. Photograph and signature (jpg/ jpeg format having file size 20-50kb)

1. Recent Passport size photograph with clear front view of the candidate’s face having a pixel size of 100 x 120.
2. Specimen signature having a pixel size of 160 x 70.

2. Certificates (pdf format having file size 50-200kb).
