Sports Qualification
- Representation of Indian teams in Olympic, World Cup, Asian Games, Jr./Sr. World Championship, Commonwealth, World University games & SAF games.
OR
- Won any medal in Jr/ Sr. National championship/ Nation Games in individual/ team events since Jan 2017 onwards.
OR
- Participation in Jr/ Sr National championship/ National Games since Jan 2017 onwards
OR
- Gold medal in State championship from Jan 2017 onwards.
Note: a Trial test of respective event/ discipline will be applicable only for those candidates who are applying under Jr/ Sr National championship/ National games participation category and Gold medalists of State championship.

The eligible and desirous candidates should send their application in the prescribed proforma duly typed or neatly handwritten duly filled in on full space paper with two self-attested passport size photograph, one duly affixed on application form and one on the admit card at the space prescribed for the purpose and duly completed in all respect addressed to

However, a candidate belonging to far-flung areas of States of NE Region, Ladakh division of J&K, Sikkim, Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba district, Lahaul & Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh, A&N Island, Lakshadweep can submit their application up to 45 days from the publication of this advertisement in employment news.
Enclosure Required to be Attached with Application Attested Copies of (Self Attested)
- Education certificate.
- Sports achievements Certificate of the sports discipline for which the candidate is applying.
- Date of birth certificate( Matriculation mark sheet will be considered as the date of birth certificate if the same not found enclosed with application).
- Demand Draft or Indian Postal Order for Rs. 100/- only (exempted for SC/ST candidates) in favor of "Commandant 95 Bn BSF". In case of Postal order payable at Post Office, Bhondsi and in case of Demand Draft payable at SBI Badshahpur, Gurugram, Haryana, Bank Code -02300. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- SC/ST and OBC certificate which should be on the format as prescribed in Annexure-E & Annexure-F respectively. To avail relaxation in height, certificate in prescribed format as per Annexure-G should be submitted.
- Two self-addressed envelopes of size 23x10 cms duly affixed with postage stamp of Rs 5/-bearing name and full address of the candidate with the Pin code.
- Form for issue of Admit Card (in a full-size paper) duly filled in and forwarded along with passport size photograph duly self-attested as per Annexure-'B'.
- 'No Objection Certificate' issued by the Govt./ Semi Govt. department, in case the candidate is Govt. employee, as per format is given in Annexure-'C'.
Selection Process
All eligible candidates whose application form is found to be in order will be issued admit card/ call letter to appear in the recruitment process i.e. Candidates will have to undergo the following process of recruitment:-
- Checking of Testimonials/ documents
- Physical measurement
- PET/ Trial Test of respective events. (Applicable only for candidates who are applying under National participation category & Gold medalist of a state championship).
- Medical Examination.
- Merit list
