Assam Police Recruitment 2019 - Assam Police has released Job notification for dynamic, self-motivated and energetic young qualified candidates for the 2000 Posts of Group C of ministerial staff for Foreigner’s Tribunals under the Government of Assam purely on a contractual basis for 2-years, subsequently renewable on annual basis with Fixed Pay.

Selection Procedure
- Written Test:- The written test will be of 100 marks and will be completely OMR based. There will be negative marking and a ½mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. The questions will be set in four parts:-
- Logical reasoning, aptitude,
- Matters relating to History and Culture of Assam and India,
- Comprehension, and
- General Knowledge and Current Affairs.
- Practical Test:- The Biometrics of the candidates taken prior to the Written Test will be validated before the candidates are allowed to appear in the Practical Test.
- Final Selection List:- Based on the aggregate performance of the candidates in the Written Test & Practical Test, the final Merit Lists will be prepared for each category of posts.
