Eligibility Criteria
  1. Educational Qualification:- The candidate must have completed 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Agricultural Engineering/ Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering/ Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
  2. Age Limit:- The candidates must have attained 18 years of age and should not be more than 32 years of age as on 15th April 2020. However, the upper age limit is relaxable in accordance with the other issued by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
Fee's Details (non-refundable)
Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs.100 for APST candidates and Rs.160 for Non-APST candidates online.

Selection Procedure
The eligible candidate will have to appear in Written Examination in the following subjects followed by Viva-voce/ Interview to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission at Itanagar on the basis of which selection will be finalized.
  1. Compulsory Paper
    a. General English - 100 marks,
    b. General Knowledge - 100 marks,
  2. Technical paper (Civil Engineering) - 100 marks,
  3. Interview/ Personality Test - 10 marks.
The candidate who secured a minimum of 33% or more marks in each written examination papers and 45% or more marks out of aggregate total marks in the written examination papers shall be eligible for the Interview/ Viva-voce test. On the other hand, it will further mean that selection for Viva-voce shall be based on the aggregate total marks secured in the written examination papers and subject to the ratio of 1:3.
The candidates securing less than 33% of marks in any of the written examination papers shall not be eligible for appearing in the Viva-voce.

How To Apply
  1. Candidates are required to Apply Online only by using the website www.appsc.online.in from 17th March to 15th April 2020. Brief instruction for filling up online application is available on the above-mentioned website.
  2. Scanned copies of the following documents/ information are to be attached/ uploaded:-
    - Scanned Signature of the candidate on white paper with a black ink pen (20-60kb in jpg format).
    - Latest/ recent passport size photo (40-100kb in jpg).
