How To Apply For APSC Recruitment 2020

  1. The interested and eligible candidates are required to apply for the Preliminary Examination through the website - https://apscrecruitment.in only. NO OTHER MODE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION IS ALLOWED.
  2. The Online Applications can be filled up from 10-09-2020 to 10-10-2020 till 12:00 Midnight after which the link will be disabled. Detailed instruction for filling up the online application is available in Appendix I.
  3. Candidates are not required to upload any document along with their online application in support of their claims regarding Age, Educational Qualifications, Category viz. Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Classes/ Economically Weaker Sections and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities etc. which will be verified at the time of the Viva-Voce Interview only. However, candidates need to provide details of the concerned certificates (BPL, EWS, PWBD as applicable) while filling the online application form. The candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions for admission to the Examination. Their admission at all the stages of examination for which they are admitted by the Commission viz. Preliminary Examination, Main (Written) Examination and Personality Test (Interview) will be purely provisional, subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. If on verification at any time before or after the Preliminary Examination, Main (written) Examination and Personality Test (Interview), it is found that they do not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions; their candidature for the examination will be canceled by the Commission.
  4. While filling in his/her Application Form, the candidate should carefully decide about his/her choice of center for the examination. If any candidate appears at a center other than the one indicated by the Commission in his/her Admission Certificate, he/she will not be allowed to sit in the examination (Both Prelims & Mains).
  5. Since the applications are submitted online, the question of submission of application through proper channel in case of the candidates already employed becomes redundant. However, such candidates shall intimate their appropriate appointing authority about the submission of application in writing.
  6. Persons already in Government Service, whether in a permanent or temporary capacity or as work charged employees other than casual or daily rated employees or those serving under the Public Enterprises are, however, required to submit an undertaking that they have informed in writing to their Head of Office/ Department that they have applied for the Examination at the time of Viva-Voce Interview. Candidates should note that in case a communication is received from their employer by the Commission withholding permission to the candidates applying for/appearing at the examination, their application will be liable to be rejected/ candidature will be liable to be canceled.
  7. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities:- The Persons with Benchmark Disabilities in the categories of blindness, locomotor disability (both arms affected – BA) and cerebral palsy will be provided the facility of the scribe, if desired by the person.
