Name of the Post	Eligibility criteria
Staff Nurse (NHM/ DEIC/NPHCE)	passed middle school examination with Odia as language subject and able to read, write and speak odia.
ANM-RBSK	The candidate must have passed the H.S.C. examination & should have completed A.N.M course from Institutions recognized by Govt. and approved by INC.
Pharmacist- RBSK	Diploma in pharmacy from a recognized Institute and approved by PCI should have registered under Odisha St ate Pharmacy Council. Desirable: - Computer proficiency (MS Office).
MO MBBS (SNCU)	MBBS degree
MO MBBS DEIC	MBBS degree from an institution recognized by Medical Council
Pediatrician DEIC	MBBS degree from an inst itution recognized by Medical Council of India. With MD in pediatrics/ Diploma of National Board in Child health from any recognized University/ institution.
Consultant Medicine-NPHCE	10, +2 or equivalent qualification. One and half year certificate course of Multi Rehabilitat ion worker
Block Data Manager	Graduate with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and have passed PGDCA/DCA etc. of 1 year duration from recognized registered institute.
MO-AYUSH-RBSK	The candidat e must have a Bachelor degree in Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (B.A.M.S) / Bachelor in Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B.H.M.S) as the case may be, from a recognized University.
Works Consultant	Diploma/Degree Civil Engineer from an institution recognized by AICTE & should have sufficient experience and Competence.
Cold Chain Technician	ITl {National trade certificate in refrigeration and air conditioning) at least two years of partial experience in repair and maintenance of CFC free refrigerator, DG set, Voltage stabilizer with cold room operation
Office Assistant	Graduat e with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and have passed PGDCA/DCA etc. of 1 year duration from recognized registered institute.
Optometrist- DEIC	Diploma in Optometry from a recognised University/ institution and trained in Ophthalmic Assistant from Govt. Hospital / Institution. However candidate having Master / Bachelor Degree in optometry will be given preference.
Laboratory Technician	Must have passed +2 science under council of Higher secondary education Odisha or equivalent examination, Passed Diploma in Medical laboratory Technology examination
Ophthalmic Specialist	MBBS degree from an institution recognized by Medical Council of India. With MD in Ophthalmic
Block Programmer Manager	The Candidate should be Post Graduate with minimum 55% marks He/She should have completed 1 year diploma course in Computer Application from recognized I registered institute.
