Examination Fee
A candidate is required to pay a non-refundable and non-adjustable fee of
Rs.300/- (Rupees three hundred) only. The fee paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor can the fee be adjusted or held in reserve for any other examination or recruitment. Candidates belonging to SC, ST of Odisha and PWD, whose permanent disability is more than 40% are exempted from payment of this fee.
Method of Selection
The Civil Services Examination will consist of the following successive stages
- Preliminary Examination (held on 28-10-2018):- The preliminary examination shall consist of two papers of objective types (MCQ Questions) and each paper shall be of two hours duration carrying 200 marks each.
- Main Examination
- Personality Test or Interview.

http://opsconline.gov.in. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily be rejected.
2. Before filling up the online application form, the candidates must go through the following documents available at OPSC website.
- Instruction to fill up online application.
- Guideline for scanning and uploading of photograph, full signature & left thumb impression.
3. Online Application shall be available on the website from
03-09-2018 to
03-10-2018 till
11:59 P.M.
4. The last date for receipt of Examination Fee at any branch of SBI:-
05-10-2018.
