1. Applications for the said post in the prescribed format along with demand draft and attested copies of educational qualifications, experience. date of birth, character certificate, No objection certificate from the present employer along with the latest photograph should be submitted at the time of walk-in-interview otherwise the candidature will be rejected.
2. Incomplete application received without copies of above-mentioned certificates will be rejected.
3. Application Fee:- Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC candidate) (non-refundable) in the shape of demand draft. payable at Chandigarh drawn in favor of Director Principal. Govt Medical College & Hospital. Chandigarh along with application duly completed should be submitted in the office of the undersigned on 26.09.2018 at 09.00 AM at the time of walk-in-interview.
